MUSCATINE, Iowa — The motive force who police say hit and killed a bicyclist again in August has been arrested.
Terry Gough, a 52-year-old Morning Solar, Iowa man was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of a fatality accident in early October.
On August 12 the bicyclist, 49-year-old Devin A. Estabrook, was using north on Freeway 61 when he was hit close to the intersection of 41st Avenue South in Muscatine, in keeping with a press launch from the Muscatine Police Division. Estabrook, who was a firefighter for the Metropolis of Grandview, later died from his accidents.

In response to the Muscatine County Lawyer, Gough didn’t cease to assist to Estabrook and is accused of later driving by the scene as soon as emergency automobiles had been there investigating.
